Aluminum Compression

Aluminum compression splices are forged from pure aluminum and are provided with an integral solid center barrier. They are supplied pre-filled with oxide inhibitor and supplied with color-coded caps. Easy push-through caps reduce the push force by 25%, prevent contamination during storage and installation and ensure that the oxide inhibitor covers the strands of the conductor. The oxide inhibitor ensures a tight, highly-conductive connection and keeps dirt, air and it also eliminates the effects of galvanic corrosion. Can be installed with either hydraulic or hand tools.

They are supplied pre-filled with oxide inhibitor and supplied with color-coded caps.
